Shady Goings On

I just had a phone call from our lender (mortgage provider) and it seems that our mortgage has been approved! :-) :-) :-)
They have to double check everything and then we’ll have a letter in the post. This means that as long as there are no other issues then we have to meet with our solicitor to exchange contracts (sign) and that will leave us open to complete the sale.
This is quite a leap forward for us, as we’ve been waiting for the lender to approve our mortgage application for ages now.
