Quarter inch square 21 gauge stainless steel mesh is used on all the air apertures on the Spyder.

Assembly

Cut wooden formers to the aperture size plus approximately an eighth of an inch all round. Lay these formers on the wire mesh provided T0680 to ensure that the wire is correctly utilised. Now mark and cut the stainless steel wire mesh to approximately half an inch bigger than the wooden formers. Attach the wire mesh to the wooden formers with self tapping screws and large washers. Form the wire mesh over the wooden formers. Remove the mesh from the wooden formers and attach to apertures using Texaflex or similar.
